What features does the Land Rover Discovery have?

Choosing a used Land Rover Discovery will guarantee you some incredible added features. There are a few trim levels to choose from, but even the standard model is dressed to impress.   

The Land Rover Discovery S model is the entry-level option, but the latest edition still offers ED headlights, two-zone climate control, 3D surround camera, and an 11.4-inch infotainment touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.  

Up the top end is the Land Rover Discovery R-Dynamic HSE – that gets all the standard stuff and some flashy extras. Think premium cabin lighting, heated seats across the vehicle, a Meridian surround sound system, and Matric LED headlights.

What's the Land Rover Discovery like to drive?

It’s no surprise that the Land Rover Discovery is seriously impressive to drive. Whether you’re settling into a comfortable cruise to go the distance or heading off-track and tackling some testing terrain, the Land Rover Discovery can do it with ease.   

You’ll usually find that the Discovery is fitted with air suspension as standard, so the ride will be smooth no matter the surface. The Terrain Response setup is also impressive, shifting to the best driving mode for the situation.   

We recommend the P360 engine for 360hp and a claimed 0-62mph of 6.5 seconds, but the D300 is also impressive.

The diesel engine offers 300hp and a similar 0-62mph of 6.5 seconds, and has no problem pulling along the spacious Discovery and anything you might tow.

Both options feel great on the road, but the diesel might be better suited if you know you’ll be making lots of long journeys.
