What features does the Volkswagen CC have?

The CC is available in two different trims: regular CC, and top-spec CC GT. 

Both versions get an upmarket chrome grille and LED daytime running lights incorporated into piercing bi-xenon headlamps. This, with its sweeping, stylish roofline, makes it quite the catch. 

The top-spec CC GT model gets a soft Nappa leather interior and a clock sourced from the Bentley-rivalling Volkswagen Phaeton. You also get larger 18-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, cruise control as well as front and rear parking sensors.  

The entry-level CC is far from sparse, coming with slightly smaller 17-inch alloy wheels, Bluetooth, a DAB radio, automatic wipers, front sports seats and dual-zone air-con. What more could you possibly need from your luxury cruiser? 

Is the Volkswagen CC reliable?

Volkswagen has a solid track record when it comes to reliability, thanks to engineers who know a thing or two about designing and building a car.

Volkswagen’s CC model benefits from the Passat’s engine options, with either a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol with 155hp or a larger 2.0-litre TSI turbocharged petrol with 204hp. 

In terms of fuel economy, these two engines are rather frugal, offering from 33-66mpg on a full tank of petrol. This means that you can drive further and spend less on fuel.
