About the Vauxhall Viva

The Vauxhall Viva was first launched in 2015 and shared much of its underpinnings with the Chevrolet Spark. It arrived as a low-cost, sizeable city car that offered great value for its segment in the market.   

Every Viva model comes with the same 1.0-litre petrol engine that produces 73hp, and is perfect for a city car of its size.  

Aside from interior technology, the Viva also has good levels of interior space and can comfortably seat taller people thanks to its high roofline and elevated driving position. It will suit motorists who still need a bit of space but spend lots of time travelling in towns and cities.   

Vauxhall always intended its Viva range to appeal to those on a budget, and this is one of the reasons it's so appealing. It also comes with that tried-and-tested Vauxhall reputation that means you’ll be getting a reliable car you can really depend on.  

What features does the Vauxhall Viva have?

The Vauxhall Viva is available in a few trim levels including the entry-level SE trim to the range-topping Rocks trim, which offers a more SUV-inspired look.  

Inside, every Viva is fitted with cruise control, electric front windows, a trip computer and MP3 player connectivity as standard.  

There’s also the option to fit a touchscreen infotainment system complete with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.   

The top-of-the-range SL trim gets all of the standard kit, plus a leather steering wheel and Bluetooth and USB connectivity.  

Some used Viva models are also fitted with the optional Winter Pack, which offers heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. Some also feature a sunroof.
