What types of used Skoda Karoq cars are there?

The Skoda Karoq arrived in 2017 to replace the very popular Yeti model and now forms part of the brand’s strong SUV and crossover lineup. 

Its design is heavily influenced by the larger Kodiaq model, giving it a lot of road presence, and a 2022 facelift saw it get even more style. 

Being part of the Volkswagen Group, this Skoda benefits from a range of highly efficient petrol and diesel engines. You can also find a smooth dual-clutch automatic transmission, and some higher-powered cars come with four-wheel drive. 

Trim levels include the SE Drive, SE L and SportLine.

Among its many rivals, the Skoda Karoq looks fairly understated, but it really shines in terms of quality, reliability and affordability. 

What features does the Skoda Karoq have?

Inside, the Karoq features a very inviting interior that isn’t dissimilar to the one you’d find in a Volkswagen Golf or Tiguan. It's simple yet effective, and looks really smart.  

Most models come with a large infotainment display with the option of connecting to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.  

Moving further back past the cabin, you'll notice there's ample room for up to three in the back and the addition of plane-style tray tables, which are very sturdy and useful for both picnics and laptops.   

The Karoq’s boot measures an impressive 521 litres, which expands to 1,630 litres when the rear seats are folded flat.

Should I buy a Skoda Karoq?

Does the Skoda Karoq have four-wheel drive?

Only the 1.5-litre petrol Sportline model comes equipped with four-wheel drive. The rest come with front-wheel drive only.

The Karoq can tow a surprising amount considering its size. This ranges across the model line-up, but it can tow between 1,200kg and 2,100kg.
