What features does the Mercedes-Benz A-Class have?

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class is a gorgeous car, and that’s often enough for a lot of motorists – but it also packs a whole lot of equipment and tech that’ll surely be appreciated.   

The model you choose will determine which features are included, but our newest models often come fitted with wireless smartphone charging, incredible speaker systems, parking cameras and sensors, and some useful driver aids to give you a hand on the roads.   

You'll also get a good-sized boot with the A-Class, usually between 300-400 litres depending on the model. The cabin itself is spacious and comfortable and will easily fit a family, with ISOFIX points for child seats if you need them.

We really love the 64-colour ambient lighting set-up that comes in our newer models – it sets the vibe for any driving occasion.   

What is the Mercedes-Benz A-Class like to drive?

It’s no secret that Mercedes-Benz makes models that drive like a dream, and the A-Class is no exception.   

Despite it being a practical option for an everyday car, the A-Class still brings power and performance – and when you just want to cruise along, you can do that in pure comfort.

If you're someone who likes to be able to put the power down smoothly, then we'd suggest the A-Class automatic – one of the more popular choices.

You’ll get a choice of petrol or diesel engines, and there are both manual and automatic gearboxes to be had.

There’s also a promise of real speed from the A-Class if that’s important to you – the AMG A 45 S models are said to be capable of 0-60mph in just 3.9 seconds. It’ll perform just as well as you nip around town though, as the A-Class is easy to drive and supported by driver aids.
