What types of used Jaguar XF cars are there?

The Jaguar XF came out in 2007 and signified a very important era for the brand, because it moved away from more traditional designs to brand-new modern ones. These design cues have carried forward to newer models being produced today, and it’s all thanks to the original launch of the XF.   

The XF has many rivals, with its main ones being the Audi A6, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Volvo S90 and now the Tesla Model S.

In the model range, the XF sits below the XJ but above the smaller XE as a sort of hybrid between the two, offering a sporty feel with luxurious elements scattered throughout the cabin.  

You can choose from a range of trims, including the flashy Portfolio and S models.   

Popular Jaguar XF trims 

Popular previous trim levels included Portfolio and R-Sport, but when the XF got an update, the trim levels changed. They now include S, SE and HSE, plus R-Dynamic variants, much like sister company Land Rover.

The XF’s boot is much larger than most of its competitors, sitting in at 540 litres, which extends to 963 litres with the rear seats folded flat.

Despite its rocky past with reliability, Jaguar Land Rover is vastly improving, and its more recent models are far better, including the used Jaguar XF.
