A used BMW 3 Series is a car that’s so good, it gives its drivers a reason to be smug.

What features does the BMW 3 Series have?

The BMW 3 Series guarantees its drivers a whole lot of extra features and embellishments. 

Even the entry-level models usually include some really useful kit – think parking sensors and other helpful parking aids, a built-in navigation system, and those much-appreciated heated seats. 

You can push the boat out with a top-spec model and get some extra features like rear-view cameras and parking pilot, a digital dashboard set-up, and built-in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for smartphone connectivity. 

There’s also ample amount of space in the 3 Series range, with both the Touring and Saloon body styles offering a comfortable and spacious rear boot space, and a cabin that won’t leave you feeling cramped.

In fact, our 3 Series Touring models can usually pack around 495 litres in the boot, but this can be extended to 1500 litres if you drop the rear seats. 

Technically, all of those extra features and mountains of space make the BMW 3 Series a practical vehicle, but still having the engine underneath that will have you giggling.

What’s the BMW 3 Series like to drive?

If you’re here for a BMW 3 Series, the likelihood is you probably know how well it performs.  

The 3 Series provides the kind of cruise that screams finesse; holding tight on corners and bends, with a comfortable suspension and a beautiful sound from the exhaust, as well as responsive steering and brakes. 

The 3 Series now even comes with some electric power thrown in, thanks to an incredible petrol/plug-in hybrid model that has a claimed 0-62mph of around 5.9 seconds (and top speeds of 143mph, may we add) depending on the model. 

We particularly enjoy the 3 Series M Sport range for something really sporty that prioritises performance. A 3.0-litre xDrive M Sport model could get you a massive 3.0-litre engine that will hit 0-62mph in a blistering 4.9 seconds, and it will feel superb while it does it.
