All versions of the used Audi A7 get high-spec versions of the brand’s infotainment system, but it’s the newer 2018-onward models that get a second touchscreen placed below the primary one for controlling things like temperature and other vehicle functions. 

Newer models also get matrix LED headlights as standard, which apply the full beams but automatically block out certain sections to prevent blinding oncoming traffic while maintaining maximum visibility for you as the driver.

However, it’s worth noting that a used Audi A7 can sit in fairly high insurance groups, so if you’re upgrading from a much smaller car, you may notice a difference.
