The Nissan Leaf is a mid-sized hatchback that makes for a great family car – it’s small enough to be manageable around town, but it’s comfortable enough for longer trips. 

Nissan is a Japanese brand that’s known for building highly reliable and durable cars, and there’s enough data to suggest that the batteries used in its electric cars should last a long time. 

Trim levels vary from well-equipped to premium, with high-spec models coming with car tech you might usually expect to find in more expensive cars. These include the Acenta, N-Connecta and Tekna.

What features does the Nissan Leaf have?

Standard kit varies a lot depending on model year, not to mention trim level, but even some older low-spec models come with keyless entry, cruise control and a reversing camera. 

It’s well worth scouting out a higher trim level for added luxuries, like all-around parking sensors, heated seats and a heated steering wheel.
