What is the Ford Fiesta Vignale Edition?

When Ford first launched Vignale, it saw it taking off as a premium sub-division. Today, it’s more of a trim level, but whichever Vignale model you pick, you can be sure it comes with all the trimmings.

Previously, Titanium were known as the best-equipped models, but a Fiesta Vignale Edition comes with even more equipment plus some luxurious upgrades.

If you like the feeling of a premium model but prefer the compact dimensions of a supermini, the Fiesta Vignale Edition is an excellent choice.

What are the Ford Fiesta Vignale Edition specs?

Although the Ford Fiesta range offers many engines, the Vignale Edition model only gets the best ones.

Namely, the 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine, which is available in two formats – 125hp or 155hp. You can also get mild hybrid versions for improved fuel economy and a smooth-shifting automatic model.

The 85hp 1.5-litre diesel is less common, and while it’s great for long-distance drivers, the EcoBoost petrol is seriously efficient.

When the Ford Fiesta Vignale Edition was on sale in around 2020-2021, it sat above the high-spec Titanium X and Titanium cars, which were one step above Trend.

There were also sporty, hot hatch-inspired ST-Line and ST-Line X cars, plus rugged-looking Active and Active X variants.

The lineup has changed over the years, and some models have ‘Edition’ after their name, but they’re largely the same. In the car’s later years, upgraded ‘X’ versions became ‘Vignale’ versions, for example Titanium Vignale and Active Vignale.
