Bring your driving licence if you’re hoping to take one of our cars for a test drive. You'll also need your National Insurance number or a driving licence check code.

For payment, you'll need your credit or debit card if buying outright (or you can use Pay by Bank or Apple Pay). If buying on finance, you'll apply by following the normal process on our website - see our car finance page for what you'll need to provide.

Part exchanging? You don't need to bring anything with you to get a quote, but here's what you'll need to give us on the day you take delivery of your new car and exchange your old one.

Our Gatwick store is where you can find a great selection of our used electric vehicles (EV) and get friendly advice from our team of EV experts. 

And, as with all cinch cars, all our EVs at Gatwick have a full valet, at least six months’ MOT, are HPI clear, and have never been written off. We’ll also pass on any service history we’ve been provided with.

Yes, once you’ve found a car you like, our in store team will help you complete the transaction on our website.

Yes, you can. When you buy a car located in our Gatwick store, you can choose to collect it for free at a time that suits you.

If the car’s not already in our Gatwick store, we may be able to move it there for collection. You’ll be shown your delivery and collection options during checkout.

Absolutely. Search our cars currently in store, find one you like and make an appointment by calling us on 0333 015 4101. We’ll reserve it for you to come in and drive.

Yes, you can drive away the same day when you buy a car outright in-store at least two hours before the store closes (as long as your old car has no outstanding finance if you’re part exchanging). If the store’s nearly closed, you can choose a time slot within the next two days. 

If you buy on finance and/or want to part exchange your old car with outstanding finance, you can still choose in-store handover, but it’ll take up to three days to sort out the paperwork. You’ll be able to choose a time slot after that point to come and pick it up.

When you buy a car in store, you can add your current car as a part exchange to your order – we’ll walk you through it. 

You’ll then exchange your old car when your new one’s ready – whether you choose in-store collection or have it delivered to your home or chosen collection centre.
