A used Kia Soul combines the size of a crossover with MPV-like traits, making it an incredibly popular and practical family car. 

It's available with the choice of petrol or diesel engines, and the latest generation is electric only. 

There are also plenty of different trim levels on offer across the used market, but they all benefit from the high-quality manufacturing that Kia has become known for. These include the 3, Maxx and Urban.

What features does the Kia Soul have?

The Kia Soul’s interior is functional and easy to use. The entire cabin is very well built and many models come with an eight-inch touchscreen with sat-nav and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. 

As for overall interior space, thanks to the Soul’s high roofline there's plenty of headroom, and the rear seats offer plenty of space for three adults. The boot is a similar size to most hatchbacks. 

As a guide, some of the newer Kia Soul cars for sale come with adaptive cruise control, LED headlights, keyless start and a digital instrument cluster. 

Is the Kia Soul reliable?

Kia is known for building reliable cars, and the Soul is backed by the brand’s seven-year/100,000-mile warranty. It’s worth finding a slightly newer Kia Soul for sale that has some warranty remaining for extra peace of mind. 

How much does the Kia Soul cost to run?

Petrol and diesel models are reasonably efficient, but the electric model, which can do well over 200 miles between charges under the right conditions, offers the greatest potential for reduced running costs. Older electric models have a reduced range, but they’re just as efficient.
