Here's a list of all the locations you can get a cinch service or MOT – we use Marshall stores to give you more choice.

Mercedes does recommend getting a manufacturer service while your car is within warranty, but you can get your car serviced wherever you like. Book Marshall Mercedes servicing here.

Once your Mercedes warranty expires, you can choose any garage you like for servicing. We have over 100 Mercedes servicing locations across the country.

Most car manufacturers recommend having a standard service each year or every 12,000 miles – whichever comes first.

For a full service, double the time/mileage. So it's every two years or 24,000 miles. The full service replaces that year's standard service.

Some manufacturers recommend changing the oil every 5-7,500 miles, which is where the oil and filter change comes in.

Your car’s handbook or onboard computer will tell you how often your car should be serviced.

Cost of parts and labour will vary depending on the make and model of car, but we’ll be fully transparent with you on all costs before any work starts – and you’re under no obligation to get the work done with us.

We do our best to source as much service history as possible for each car we sell, but some cars don't have full service history.

Mercedes is a premium car brand that uses high-quality parts across all models. All cinch Service costs are fixed and transparent, regardless of the car brand, and we'll always use parts that are up to manufacturer standards.
