cinch appoints new Chief Customer Officer to propel digital growth

cinch, one of the UK’s fastest-growing online car-selling platforms, is very pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Bridge as their Chief Customer Officer.

Robert brings over 20 years of digital experience having held leadership roles at Yahoo, The Telegraph and Childs Farm. At cinch he will be focused on cinch’s marketing and customer experience activities.

At Yahoo, Robert was Vice President of International Marketing and Editorial, where he had responsibility for all marketing and content in more than 20 countries. At The Telegraph, he was the Chief Customer Officer with a remit that encompassed marketing, brand management, subscriptions, design and UX, data and insight, and customer experience initiatives. Most recently he was CEO of Childs Farm, the UK’s leading children’s toiletries brand, where he led them on a digital and ecommerce transformation.
