OMODA 5 trim level list

  • OMODA 5 Knight

  • OMODA 5 Noble

OMODA 5 Knight

This is your entry point to OMODA 5 ownership, complete with twin 12.25-inch displays, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Audo, a reversing camera and power adjustment for the driver’s seat.

There’s also a super-fast 50W wireless phone charger, and to make sure it doesn’t overheat your phone, it’s cooled with air-con.

OMODA 5 Noble

Some of the kit you already get is upgraded on this trim level – the reversing camera becomes a 360-degree suite of cameras, and the passenger seat gains electric adjustment.

You also get a powered boot lid, a sunroof, an air purification system for the climate control and SONY’s premium sound system.

OMODA 5 Knight vs. Noble

Omoda E5 cabin

While Knight may be the cheapest OMODA 5 to buy, it’s really not a bad pick, and can even be compared to some mid-spec rivals that cost a lot more. The hi-tech cabin is filled with screens, smartphone connectivity and driver aids.

Noble would be the one to pick if you want all the bells and whistles – full 360-degree cameras and a powered boot lid take the stress out of ownership, and a powered sunroof fills the inside with light.

OMODA 5 fuel options

Petrol

The OMODA 5 uses a turbocharged 1.6-litre petrol engine and a dual-clutch automatic gearbox for a very familiar, comfortable experience.

Power stands at 147hp, which is similar to the entry offerings from many other crossovers and small SUVs.

31.1mpg is the claimed fuel economy, and per our testing, it’s totally accurate.

Electric

Sold as the OMODA E5, this all-electric crossover comes in the same Noble and Knight trim levels, but with a punchier 211hp electric motor.

The 61kWh battery is good for a 257-mile range, which is on par with many other competitors. Especially at this price point, which is hard to beat.

What’s the best OMODA 5 trim level?

Knight is the cheapest version of the OMODA 5, but more than that, it makes crossover ownership extremely affordable without cutting corners.

Go for Noble if you want a few extras thrown in for a more complete, luxurious feel.
