Most car manufacturers recommend having a standard service each year or every 12,000 miles – whichever comes first.

For a major service, double the time/mileage. So it's every two years or 24,000 miles. The major service replaces that year's standard service.

Some manufacturers recommend changing the oil every 5-7,500 miles, which is where the oil and filter change comes in.

Your car’s handbook or onboard computer will tell you how often your car should be serviced.

We do our best to source as much service history as possible for each car we sell, but some cars don't have full service history.
