A VW Up for sale (2011-2023) is a small city car that shares its platform with the Skoda Citigo and SEAT Mii.

We'd recommend a used VW Up to anyone, really. Whether you're a first-time driver, nervous on the road or just need something small to get around town in, the Up is ideal.

It's compact but large enough to seat four people and a bit of luggage. Plus, used values make it even more tempting.
